DAYTIME

Casual and comfortable for farm exploration and beach lounging.

WEDDING

Colorful Formal. Bring out those bright summer hues!

GENERAL

Wear flats or wedges for traversing the farm and grassy ceremony site: no heels.

Expect midday heat and bring a layer for the night.

ON-SITE

Gilbertsville Farmhouse has beautiful places to stay – from private A-frame cabins to elevated glamping tents. These are first come, first served via your RSVP. There are more guests than on-site lodging.

Each site has a king-sized bed that sleeps two. Stay with a friend, loved one, or solo. The more friends who double up the merrier. (It’s possible to bring a blow-up mattress.) Lodging is $500 per glamping site, which covers 2 nights. Note that one-night stays on-site aren’t possible, but there are off-site options below.

OFF-SITE

We’ve reserved rooms for guests at a few hotels and guest houses in the area. Please see THIS DOCUMENT for details. Book soon, as there are multiple events in the area that weekend.

DIRECTIONS

Click for DIRECTIONS. Syracuse (1 hour 30 min) and Albany (1 hour 50 min) are the two closest airports. NYC is 3.5 hours without traffic.
